Um dem europäischen Markt und dessen spezifischen Konsumenten- Geschmack und Präferenzen mit Ihren Produkten gerecht zu werden, wurde AHACKENBERG DESIGN damit beauftragt eine Premium Küchenkleingeräte Serie zu entwickeln.

Ningbo Borine is one of world‘s biggest manufacturer of small kitchen appliances in China.

In order to be able to offer a series of small kitchen appliances targeted to the specific needs and taste of the European consumer, Borine assigned AHACKENBERG DESIGN to develop a series of premium products for their portfolio.

Die Serie besteht aus einem Standmixer, einem Powerblender und einer Küchenmaschine. Abgerundet wird die diese durch einen Stabmixer und einem Handrührgerät.
Ziel der Produktentwicklung war die Schaffung einer konsequenten Familiensprache die eine eindeutige Zusammenghörigkeit der einzelnen Geräte kommuniziert.

Part ot the series is a blender, a power blend and a kitchen machine as well as two hand-held electric devices, a hand blender and an electric whisk.

The goal of the product development was the creation of a consequent product family language communicating the shared identity of every single product of the family.

Die Serie überzeugt durch schlichte und geometrische Grundformen. Hergestellt aus hochwertigsten, eloxierten Aluminium Strangpressprofilen, vermitteln die Geräte Präzision, Solidität und robuste semi- Professionalität. Unterstützt wird der hochwertige Charakter durch kontrastierende, matt schwarze Kunststoffbereiche und hochglanz- polierte Kanten der Aluminiumteile.
Unprätentiöse, klassische Drehknopfelemente stehen jeweils im Zentrum der Bedienoberfläche. Intuitiv und logisch, ergonomisch und prägnant verkörpern die Bedienelemente die Reduzierung auf die notwendigsten Funktionen.

The series impresses by its modest and geometical basic shapes. Manufactured out of high-quality, anodized aluminium profiles, the products communicate precission, solidity and robust semi- professionalism. Contrasting matt black plastic parts and high- glossy polished edges of the aluminum parts support this character.

Unpretentious, classical turning knobs are the focus of the interaction with the product. Intuitive and logical, ergonomic and concise, the interaction elements embody the obvious reduction to the most necessary elements and function.

Die Einfachheit der Produkte spiegelt sich nicht nur in der Formensprache und der Materialhaftigkeit wieder sondern vor allem auch in der Bedienung. Alle Funktionen sind mit einfachsten Drehknöpfen oder prägnanten Tasten bedienbar. Hierbei wurde ein spezielles Augenmerk auf eine robuste, ergonomisch optimale Dimensionierung und die Verwendung haptisch perfektionierter Materialien gelegt.

The simplicity of the product is not only represented in the simple formal language and use of high-value materials but also in the simple way you interact with the product. All functions are selected by simple turning knobs or clear and concise push buttons.
Particular attention were payed to the robust and ergonomically optimized dimensions and the use of perfect tactile materials.
